Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you cannot predict changes in your calendar and your sickness and you may have to cancel the scheduled support. Please make an attempt to notify us as soon as practically possible if you wish to cancel our scheduled appointment/visit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled time and no-show will be charged a cancellation fee up to the full price of the scheduled appointment/visit. The Fig Trees have an obligation to pay our support staff should their scheduled work be cancelled within two business days under the relevant employment award. We appreciate your understanding.
